We often forget to bring our feet along for the ride throughout our day. How often do we notice our feet as we race through our day? We forget that we have a body at all!
Zen master Thich Nhat Hahn’s teaching was my first introduction to mindfulness many years ago. He loved to teach us how to walk peacefully, knowing that we are not only supported by this Earth; we are a part of this Earth.
