How patient are you these days?
Our nerves are stretched to the limit lately. Covid had made us so tired that we don’t even want to hear the term Covid Fatigue anymore.
The holidays are a source of confusion and anxiety as we try our best to navigate them alone or with our loved ones.
Patience is a virtue, but for so many of us, the very idea of patience seems far-fetched these days.
A sense of patience is still available to each of us but first we need to understand its opposite; impatience.
I have made a new 7-minute video for you with some thoughts and tips for reigniting patience in your life. Let me know what you think!
Well done! So true. I love the dishes example. How many times have I faced the accumulated kitchen at dinner time and been impatient with my beloved partner lying down, on his phone, wondering if he really can’t do this and if he would rise to the occasion if it was something he wanted to do. So confusing. So many stories. So much is about my attitude and mindfulness or lack of making me miserable or happy. Thanks for bringing it all out so succinctly in 7 minutes.
Thank you, Cheryl
Lisa sent me this and I am so glad. Accepting what is, is a challenge for me. I want to FIX IT.
