Especially now, in these months of COVID, I have heard from so many clients that they feel overwhelmed by guilt.

When we feel true guilt we can remedy the situation with an apology or a correction in our behavior. But did you know that there is such a thing as false guilt?

False guilt is triggered when our expectations are higher than our capabilities.
