Caregivers often tell me that they don’t feel as if they are “doing it right”.
We all have days when we feel as though we just can’t get grounded.
When I question myself, it is almost always because I am frightened of what might lie ahead. I question my own judgment and my ability to make good choices. Or, more importantly, the right choices. This begins a vicious cycle of self-flagellation, getting me nowhere.
I offer you these three invitations to the heart for the days when you are beating up on yourself. Let’s all come back home to ourselves.
