We often don’t talk about grief until our loved ones have passed. But there is a constant underlying grief on the caring journey – Ambiguous Grief.

Ambiguous loss is a painful, never-ending grief that is so stressful without the possibility of closure. However, there are ways to become resilient, even amid ongoing loss! This resilience is not just a possibility; it’s a reality we can achieve!

It has become an important topic for me, in both my personal journey and my work. In fact, I have been invited to speak on this topic at the Western Mass Elder Care Conference in June 2024. I am feeling honored!

I hope you find this video valuable, either on your journey or for someone you love who is caring for another.
